Going full-time sooner than I planned

I've really been considering for the past week whether I should go full-time even though I haven't started hrt yet.

Originally my plan was to wait until after I started hrt and hit the point of male fail, but it seems like I'm already hitting male fail. Over the past couple months I've been getting referred to as ma'am and miss more and more often. I've actually been consistently dressed en femme for almost two weeks now and I haven't been misgendered by anyone who doesn't already know me a single time.

The problem is that I really had wanted to get started on hrt and laser before transitioning, and I still sorta do. At the same time, I have the ability to pass and will be starting a job hunt in about a month. The job change is because my current position is a temp one and I can't guarantee it will continue in April.

Well once you hit that male fail a lot you can safely go ahead and go for full time.
