Once people start using religion to back up their position, give up and move on.  It's a fight you'll lose every time because it's impossible to reason with them.  The more devout the person, the less likely they are to ever concede that they may be wrong.  You can never argue with "god" or "Jesus" (or any other traditional religious figurehead.)

Don't waste your time.  Be polite, but ignore her.

I'm Christian so I'd like to give two cents about this. I believe God made me, and all of you, like this and have you a wonky body to make us stronger. It says in the Bible God made us in God's own image. So lets see here, God made male AND female so that being said God sounds to me to have both genders as well. It is also said God doesn't make mistakes. Sounds like a winning case for us, doesn't it?
