BC guys - Meta surgeons?

Hello~ I'm going to be likely moving to Vancouver in a few months and I wanted to know if anyone has experience getting a meta covered by MSP? I've been considering bottom surgery for awhile now. If there's no surgeons in the province that covers it, do they cover it in another province? Are there metoidioplasty surgeons in BC?

I know the AB girls go to Dr. Brassard in Montreal and i would guess the same holds true for the boys.

So i am guessing that if there is none in BC you all would do the same? Think you would have to check with MSP on that.

Only done in Montrel. They only cover 5 guys a year, and only started covering it last year. So the waiting list is LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG.

You have to have been on T for a year too. Just in case that isn't the case for you. If you're not from Canada it takes about 3 months before you are officially on BC MSP. Not sure how long the switch takes between provinces though.
