support groups in Kent UK

so I've been told today that i will be joining a transgender support group to help build my confidence and to be around other transgender people and what luck its in my home town i don't know or have ever known someone on a personal level who is transgender/transsexual before so this is going to be new but a good experience for me I'm just wondering if anyone from the kent area in England go to any support groups like this if so maybe we will end up meeting during a session who knows haha but this news has made me feel like everything is coming together after so long of having to pick up the pieces over and over again
