My outing today

I work in the senior executive level of a susidiary of a large company. Today I come out to my CEO & President. I was relaxed and just mentioned my goals regarding earnings and turn-over. Results are important for him not gender.
After that I talked to human resource amf they will support me. We will have a telco tomorrow do discuss my next steps. I have 90 employees in my hometown and 300 worldwide. After my FFS in March I will switch to girly mode.

I cannot say how I feel. I am happy bud totally exhausted.

Thank you very much for your kind words. I am so excited and I cannot wait to have the FFS at Facial Team. It is like a second birth. A rebirth. In a strong way I am much happier than every CIS women because I am very much aware of the fact that I know become a full time woman.

You know why that is? It is because we celebrate our femininity and we love being women. I had a date the other night (he was curious about trans women) and even though he identified as a cis male hetero he was very attracted to the fact we love being female. He said it just flows from us and makes us more attractive than cis females who strive to make it in a man's world. That to me was the best comment I had ever heard!
I think it is so great, you feel reborn and I have a beautiful, intelligent sister in Germany! A win-win for us both.
