I have a question for ya'll.

I had a really bad run in with a door and a rain slick skytrain platform today, it ended up with me in a doctors office for an hour. My question is, do the chances of testicular rupture go up if you're tucking and get hit in the crotch?

I suppose that depends how you were tucked.. Were they tucked in the "sockets"? If they're up there I don't see how you could do any harm unless having a frontal collision

They were in my abdomen at the time and it didn't do anything for protection. The one I manage to squish seemed to be in the exact position to be crushed between my pelvic bone and the door.

Not that I think anyone's waiting on baited breath for the answer but...
Two nights in the hospital and one surgery later the answer is yes. When your testies are in your abdomen they're snug to your pubic bone and are easier damaged if something hits them.

This ended up bringing up a question I have with the medical system in place now, better summarized here:

Wow crazy! Glad to hear everything is good now. I'll definitely make sure to be extra careful.

At least you can say it is interesting life experience? :)

It would have been awesome if I could have gotten the testicle off instead of having to get it fixed up but yah, it turned out interesting to say the least. It helped cement that I want SRS in my mind even farther if anything. ^--^

Aw geez what a jip! I would have refused it unless they finished the job!

Okay, now I'm worried that I won't be able to tuck anymore, the testicle feels a whole lot less mobile and kinda like it was sewed to the scrotal tissue. Also, I have no idea how this is going to effect SRS...

Anybody have any ideas? This hasn't been the best week....

You're probably just a little swollen.

Kinda afraid to ask, but where was the fixer upper incision?
  •

Navitoro

Standard Orchi incision, right down the middle. It stops before damaging anything important, thank the goddess.

Two things.

Don't tuck.

Don't get hit in the crotch.

This makes me want an orchi or SRS a lot more just reading it.

Same here!! :o

Ugh, one more reason to dump those stupid things next month!  In other news, I will be making albondigas as soon as it's over.  :P

Ouch! I guess AAs don't help everyone? Because, my, uh, things, are super small and vanishing. But in a year and half, I will be getting SRS, if not sooner. I wouldn't get an orchi unless you know you don't want SRS. I hear that can affect depth issues. I hate my genitals. I had a sever bout of dysporia on the train today. I almost threw up thinking about it. But, before I know it, I'll be playing cowgirl with men so I can't wait. if I had the money, I would do it tomorrow. Acutally, that's too long of a wait.

I don't even know how to tuck but I have an unusually non-girthy growth and now jelly for testes so, i'm pretty flat and can wear tight jeans. But, most days, I can't even look at it. And that's really weird since I actually pretty much love penises. Just not one me. Hmm, penis. I haven't had you in three weeks.

I've done it in every possible way years ago. It is risky & would be very hard to explain if you had to go to an emergency room.

Just let spiro & time reduce the things, it is a lot safer, easier.

Be smart & safe GF's.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

I hate my penis and my testicles, but I don't hate them that much.  Uuugh.  It's hard to hate on something too much when nerves are still attached to them...

This reminds me of something I heard once.  Found it to be kind of funny:

"Why do people say "grow some balls"? Balls are weak and sensitive. If you wanna be tough, grow a vagina. Those things can take a pounding."
