Interesting product from Tranzwear (sock packer)

I have talked about reacting to all sorts of cyberskin and silicone packers and prosthetics. I happened to be looking in the parents section of tranzwear and saw this product. I have ordered, but it hasn't come in yet. I think it might be a nice alternative. Obviously it is not at all realistic, and wouldn't pass a grab test. But might provide a little weight and a bulge. It's offered to parents of young FTMs as I think they will make this any size whatsoever.

Obviously since it's cloth, you'd need to wear it in a sock or pocket of some kind. I can wear a packer or prosthetic (in a pocket or pouch) for about 3 hours or so, hopefully this might extend that, since it is possibly breathable.

There's actually a note to keep away from the dog. My dog would enjoy it more with a squeaker!

Well I will do a review of it. It does seem to meet a certain kind of need, that I don't see other companies doing. There are people who do not tolerate any kinds of plastics or not breathable products sitting right there.
I only have seen one other thing which was a crocheted thing. It's just silly looking.

I totally dig this.  I may be inspired to try to sew one up for myself (I am..... a cheap bastard.).

I agree about needing something more breathable.  Somehow growing consistently more sweaty and uncomfortable after hours (sometimes less) of packer wearing tends to only increase my dysmorphia/dysphoria.  Especially since one of the places of greatest need for packers (for me) is for working out.  Nothing kills a work out like your packer constantly slipping around and out of place.  This seems like a great solution

I think the testicles could move for instance. I believe the feel of the testicles up against me is what actually feels like, well that belongs there.

Actually I think this is meant to be a kid's packer (8-13) say. But there really is a need for the breathing for some of us.

I LOVE this idea.  I've been looking for something like this for ages, but I'm not crafty enough with sewing to make anything like that.

I always dreamed of something that could perhaps be fitted with velcro or sewn into my undies that was cloth and washable.  I worry when I wear my normal packer that someone might see my harness when I bend over too far.  That would be a thing of the past with this.

Got the idea you could color it, much like other packers are hand painted, though not sure it is worth the trouble (as it is, I mean). But fabric dye would work. OTOH, can't see me walking into Michaels with it and looking for a certain color dye. And anyway I got one which is way way too dark anyway, as I hate anemic packers.

Yea definitely.  Its far from the most realistic packer i've ever seen (maybe even the opposite other then an actual sock).  Odd for something to be labeled as a youth or kids packer to me though... Whats the difference?  less realistic so it makes parents less uncomfortable buying it for their kids? 

for me its less about a realistic feel (balls and all against me) than an outwards appearance (and comfort during wear)..  Honestly I don't think anything stuck in my pants without a blood flow/neurological connection to my body/brain is going to feel realistic to me, or really do the job on a psychological level.  As far as making the testicles move more realistically.. I think that would just be a matter of what you fill them with.  If you fill the phallic part with stuffing and then sew a couple super balls (no pun intended) surrounded by stuffing into the testes they'd certainly move about and have weight ect.  You could even get one of those creepy squishy eyeball type toys they sell.  You know.. its like an eye or some other thing in a hard ball in the center and the outside is a rubbery squishy ball with liquid inside in between it and the inner ball.

Yeah actually those eyeball things would work pretty well. They have that feeling, which I would associate with testicles. Funny as I thought of those. There are also other odd toys which could work.

I get a little bit of phantom sensation of wearing something against me.

Obviously the looks aren't too much. I believe one reason they were marketed for parents, is that they will sew these into a pair of boxers, so that these might be easier for kids to keep of track of. They also have extra small packers they will do the same with. But with the sock type packer the parent just tosses into the washing machine packer and all.

I think most of the parents (I have met) of young kids, though I've only met a few,  like that are super relaxed types and wouldn't worry about a realistic willy shall I say.
