Have any of your girl friends ever tried this diet???  I just ordered the first month's supply. It's $345 a month.

I sure need to take off 15-20 pounds & maybe lose a dress size or 2. I'm 5' 9' & a fat 190 pounds, just yuck.

Wish me luck please. I want down to 160-170 maybe.
