I had a meeting with the client I look after which is worth many tens of millions of dollars per year to the company. I work for a large financial company and produce monthly performance reports for them for their billions in assets.
When I took on the task it was in a mess and they were very unhappy and on the point of walking out.

Over the past year after taking on the impossible mission, they openly complimented how much better the service has become after I took it on. Errors are now non existent and everything is on time for them so they can meet their deadlines.

I have put in many long hours to make this happen, so it was very nice to get such comments from a very tough client to please.
Doesn't happen everyday. Tomorrow they will be back to their normal demanding selves.
Good for you GF. Are you a fulltime woman at work????? I was in finance/banking & could just never cross over to being female at my job. Fired from 1 or 2 actually for being feminine. So I just opened my own business.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

Read a good quote.

Hey, you've reached Lauren's signature! If you have any questions, want to talk, or just need a shoulder to cry on, leave me a message, and I'll get back to you.

Appointment for Monday for a much needed face & neck lift. I've wanted this for years & this time I'm going to do it. My face is femimine however this will be great to turn back the clock several years. Surgeon is a nice woman & she helps lot of older women with face lifts so this should be kind of normal for me.

Opened to a few other friends. All support me, most knew I was a girl/woman for years anyway. Most think it's pretty normal for me to live full time as a woman.

So this makes me happy.

Good for you Francis, I had a neck lift a few years ago, I was beginning to feel like a turkey before that. People said it took years off of my appearance. Perhaps some day you'll feel up to a facial photo? Good luck hon, wanna hear all about it!

I looked very nice back in my teens/early 20's. I use to do shows at "gay" bars & most thought I was a girl/woman. But the years have taken their toll on my face. So when I look nicer I'll post a pic.

Visited my doctor and came clean, asked to be put on hormones and get a referral for a sex change (2-3 year waiting list to get it covered by provincial healthcare program; OHIP).

Appointment went great, turns out my family doctor used to be Jan Morris's doctor, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jan_Morris, I love it when someone you have a good feeling about turns out to be every bit as awesome and nice as you expected.

He's going to read up on the most recent guidelines and get back to me within a week with a referral but told me he'd be happy to prescribe me hormones when we've dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's.

This probably means some sessions with a mental health worker but he says those are also covered under the provincial health care program (OHIP) and I'm more than happy to do them.

This makes me happy.

Yeah, unfortunately they are the only ones authorized to do referrals to Dr. Brazzard if you want it to be covered by OHIP :(
The only positive side is that the only doctor that is OHIP approved is Dr. Brazzard which is my preferred surgeon.

I'm planning to get my diagnoses and start my hormones through my family doctor but also get a referral to CAMH, might as well give it a shot but by the time I'm up on their waitlist I'll have been on hormones for enough years to chemically castrate myself and have full breast growth. I can't really see how they could reject/alter my diagnosis at that point.

Today the client at work that I look after sent an email to senior managers at work complimenting the job I have been doing for them.
This is a very rare occurrence as normally people only complain.

6 months today!
Never thought I would make it one day let alone 6 months.
So long and thanks for all the fish

I added 2 older friends to my Francis Ann FB page. Sent a text to start back with electrolysis soon. Looking forward to appointment Monday for an estimate on my face lift. I'm excited to hopefully have this surgery to improve my face.

Its just a thing I had to do for work, a food protection manager certification by the National Restaurant Assoc. because we serve food and are going to add a sub thing in our store. The health department is requiring it now too.

My girlfriend handed in her resignation yesterday, and she sounded so, so much happier yesterday.  Health is always more important than money.
