Yeah. I'm here for weeks now. Months. I didn't make any advancement.

I think I know I'm trans. At least I know I have some issue to solve with a therapist.

I made a step but was denied. No time to take another client. I returned to my old state. Waiting.

At least I'm doing something. I drop weight.

The girl I am in my dreams is slim. Not skinny but slim. I'd prefer about 72kg / 144lb. I'm 180cm.

Yeah I started dropping weight. At least something I can do without any bad questions.

I think I couldn't handle bad questions right now. I'm feeling weak. Helpless.

Sorry... I couldn't back off posting this gibberish.

I'm so sorry truly,  you sound like me the first time I was asking for help.

Waiting. Oh, how I loathed thee. Been there done that so regret having the t-shirt

Look at phone,  look at wall. Phone meet wall (it was actually a bed but you get the idea)

Get changed go for run, ride, swim ect. till you get tired. (Unfortunately problems are still there when you return but you can switch brain off and get runners high for awhile)

Shower put phone back together start looking for another therapist.

Repeat as necessary.

Good luck on turning your dreams into reality

That standing still feeling was all too familiar a long time ago. I hated it...

Glad you've decided to lose weight. Only good things can come from that.

If you're looking for other things to do while waiting, maybe some hair removal? Or voice training?

At the very least, voice training should make you laugh with the silly sounds you can make. :P Or you can practice in silence while exercising etc. I did that for months, practicing controlling the various muscles in my throat.

Oh, I'm already fighting the hair on my breast, plucking sounded like much of hurt at first, but it's kinda normal now. If only I had enough time to do it daily.

Whatever... I'm feeling better now. I just have ups and downs. That said, I still have to search for another therapist. But not know, it's almost midnight here...
