Pronouns are no problem for me, as we seldom use gender-specific pronouns in my language.
My recent headache is the restroom in my university. Outside of the campus, I enter women's restroom and I have no problem. But in the campus, students and faculty members all know that I am biologically male. Entering men's room while wearing a miniskirt embarrass students there, and then me, too.
Fortunately, near my office, there is a restroom for handicapped women, which virtually nobody uses. I sometimes enter there, but the problem is that it always makes alarm ringings when the door is opened and closed, making me unnecessarily noticeable.
Again fortunately, students here are obedient to faculty members, and nobody yet complains regarding restroom issues.
Regarding pronouns, my colleagues and friends take care of me, using women's if necessary.
