Butt implants are pretty popular, many surgeons do them, google it.
The only surgeon I have kind of knowledge about when it comes to hip implants is Lazaro Cardenas from Guadalajara. Although there isn't many pictures out there, and the ones I've seen don't really show that much difference.
Hopefully one day I will be able to undergo this surgery so I'll try and keep in mind to post sth in here, but it won't be quick if at all
