My breasts have grown & are growing more. All my body hair has been waxed away. If I try to present as a male I'll have to try & hide my breasts. I want to present as female 100% of the time however I still have too much facial hair. So I'm a liitle stressed & wanted advice on how to try & transition over this spring & summer. In addition to this problem I'm in the middle of trying to finally have a much needed face & neck lift. So I am hopeful for help & advise on how to cope from good friends at SP.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

How's this? A face and neck lift are truly cosmetic. Beard removal is treatment for GD. Why not allocate the funds for the lifts elsewhere, and get some epic work done on the beard instead? Save up for the lifts at a later date?

Thanks for suggestion. I was a very pretty girl in my younger years with a very nice face. I looked very nice. Now I'm a much older woman & a face & neck lift are just a must. So this is first & I'll work on nasty hair later. I'm trying my best to live full time & look normal/feminine & very nice I hope.

I can not afford the lifts. I can not afford the electro.

I just enjoy life more than I have in recorded memory.

It is possible.

I've said it before an I'll say it again, puffy/baggy shirts are your friend, add a sports bra and you'll be set. I used to do the Ace bandage thing myself, not good.
