Hi everyone and happy Easter :)

I have a question I am hoping some of you ladies could help me with please.
I'm looking at having surgery in early new year.
I'm from South Africa and I'm going to have my surgery in Thailand.
I am mixed race and therefore darker than my Caucasian sisters and I have concern over the darker tisues being used on the ouside Labia Majora I have seen some Thai girls results and I'm concerned that my new region might resemble 2 dark sections on either side of the Vagina. I'm assuming that the scrotum skin was utilized to construct this. I'm not a fan of the ascetics of this. What Procedure would they call this and what is the other proceedure where scrotal skin gets used for inside structure and the labias are constructed from penile skin . My Question is which proceedure would result in a more evenly toned vagina..so to speak I do understand that generally groin skin is darker than other skin
I'm ok with this, however I  seen results where the color is very dark on  these two very dark bangs on either side of the V .I hope Ive explained this correct and await eagerly, your responses.thanks girls.

Drs on my shortlist is Dr Saran ,Dr Kanaporn,Dr Burin and Dr Kamol. What are your thoughts on them please

Many thanks ladies xxMash

I hear you. While I am Irish and blindingly white/translucent I have dated a Columbian/Russian girl who had the same issue. It didn't bother me in the slightest but seemed to be a small concern for her. She was fairly pale all over except for her body hair and downstairs. I don't know if she ever did anything about it but they do make a variety of products for it and even offer spa services for it. It seems to be a fashion/hygiene thing in many cultures today.

So yes there is something that you can do about it and not complicate you surgery anymore than it has to be. You might even be able to start before the surgery get the skin to the color you want before it becomes a more difficult to reach.

You might want to look up pictures of vulvas on non-Caucausian women - because darker, skin-tone-matching labia majora is pretty normal. In fact, the only parts that are pink across most races are the interior portion of the labia minora, which are mucosal skin.

Thank you for your replies I'm not sure I am understood though .
I'm aware vulvas are slightly darker I will be fine with that. However. Scrotal skin is a different texture as well as quite dark in pple of color Ihave seen a website with post surgery results of Thai girls and most of them have these very dark clearly repositioned tisue on either side of the vagina. Yes the lips are are slightly darker that's ok My question is what tecknoque was used on them. Where scrotal skin is used there. I wish I know how to attach a few pictures I saw.

I know there is the inversion technique and the scrotal graft technique. Also sig colon which I'm in (interested in)

I can see photos from surgeon websites mostly Caucasians and I have difficulty  applying their results. To me as a person of color. On a caucasion there is a slightly darker clolor on either sides of vulva too but its aesthetically ok however with pple of color I'm fearing the sxrotal skin is so dark it stands out very unnaturally. Is the another technique where that part wouldn't be so obvious !

Doen scrotal graft not mean scrotal skin used for canal and penis skin used for the outer and inner lips?

I'm not sure I'm making sense to you but please bare with me .

Christine are you taking about anal and labia bleaching. Does that even work ?

Hmm. I apologize, because I think *I* misunderstood, and I didn't use a Thai surgeon either, so I may not have anything useful to contribute about those specific results. (My labia are indeed constructed of scrotal skin, but are normal colored, not excessively dark. Plus I'm Caucasian, so not helpful there either.)

Sorry!

Um.... Well the anal certainly does. I don't know how I feel about having it applied to a scrotum or labia but in theory yes it will work. It may burn though. You do have to have it touched up from time to time though.
