I'm too tired from work. Since tomorrow I stop taking E, these will be my last selfies. In the end, today I dropped the bangs extension

And as a farewell gift...

NSFW, photo in bra.

That belly, pushed as much as I could, is the price for not looking bony in the face.

Julia,

What happened?
I guess you will be back soon.
You have a slim figure.

Yes. It is true that most women admire my courage rather than beauty per se.
I also work in a conservative society (university) of a conservative Confucian country (S. Korea).
I have been surprised that people here are so much accepting far better than I expected.
People like me and they seem to be happy to be with me.

Yesterday night:

Thanks Shantel.
Yes. Yesterday two men commented that I remind them of Kristie Lu Stout, a young CNN anchor. As I also thought she looked very, very attractive, their comments were among the best ones. https://www.facebook.com/KristieLuStout

Wow, you could be twins, the shared likeness is astounding!

I'm going to Thailand for FFS. My hair has grown enough to not require wearing a clip-on and once I hae my hairline reshaped I'm going to a hair saloon and getting a decent haircut. And since I am going to play it safe, no E for me to avoid clotting.

Good luck, Julia. It sounds that you will be back soon with a new hair style.

Uh Oh. She is not actually so young. Just 10 years younger than me.

So tell us then, where's the fountain of youth? ;)

Running outdoors at least 3 times per week, at least for 40 mins, while protecting your face from the UV. Exercise can delay aging.

You will eventually achieve what you wish, I am sure.

Just I will try my best.

Julia, best of luck in Thailand - enjoy the trip too!  I know you've waited so long and patiently to take this step, and I hope everything exceeds your expectations.

Can't wait to see the new Julia in a few months.

My "electric luau" dress for a concert over the weekend, was lots of fun :)

And some fun matching sandals I found for $7

Hey there you are. Looking pretty from what little light I can see ;), also SF Giants won the World Series did you know?
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain, I like watchin' the puddles gather rain.

Despite all my rage, I'm still just a rat in a cage

Went to a Halloween party as Death from Neil Gaiman's Sandman graphic novels. My first time out presenting as female--or, at least, a female character--in front a large group of people I interact with often at university but few of whom know I'm trans*. It went well.

"The time will come / when, with elation / you will greet yourself arriving / at your own door, in your own mirror / and each will smile at the other's welcome, / and say, sit here. Eat. / You will love again the stranger who was your self./ Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart / to itself, to the stranger who has loved you / all your life, whom you ignored" - Walcott, "Love after Love"

Halloween selfie.  Had a great time.

You look stunning, Monica! I would never guess you weren't a cis-female at a glance.
