That the intense and drawn out (prob about 10 years) amount of emotional stress/ depression has taken a significant toll on my body...wish I had more courage to just have accepted and done something about it 5 years ago...it would have saved me a lot of pain and I don't know if I've damaged my brain or body from such intense bouts of depression ugh
