My taste buds have changed, but I think as we get older that just happens. Until I was about 22 I hated carrots, starting five years ago (well before HRT) I started liking them. Also, if your body is craving a certain mineral or vitamin, you'll have cravings for things that you don't like. And when you eat it, it's the most amazing thing ever. I hated a certain vitamin c juice here, but one day I couldn't get enough of it. It was the best tasting thing in the world. Get in my mouth! Lol. I know when I work out I crave protein more.
I know that after two years of living here I eat a lot of things I never would have before.
