First day HRT

I've been on high Spiro for 12 months. Finally this morning I put on my first "E" patch ( low dose) I'm sooooooooo excited. I know it will be awhile until physical results but will I FEEL any different within the first day or two?  Other than just excited to finally be doing this?

Either way It's a nice way to start year 44 of my life.

Many report a calm feeling.

I noticed the slightest tingle after my first injection it returns every time I get a new injection, may be my happy brain.

About half notice nipple stuff within a week and most do within a month. Breast buds follow shortly after.

Ya know, for me it is as exciting 20 months on as it was on day one.  How is walking on air going?

Being almost 50 made me look at plus side of the patch ..Number 1 thing about patch is get medical tape and put it over it .for me it was night and day on the dang thang . you must win the battle of the patch .ha ha oh yea .Enjoy the even dose of the patch . Plus side is that you only have your spiro  to remember to take .Down side for me is what about swimming . MAYBE pick day your going change your patch and leave it off for short time ..IT took two days for my body to tell me that the E is going strong . you must be super women because being on t-blocker and no e is bad .. Enjoy your journey and PLEASE write me as it would be nice to see things thru eyes of the same age group as i am ..AKA Sara
