There might only be a handful of people on the planet that can answer this with any certainty but if things work similar to any other orifice I would imagine it's just a matter of liberal lubrication and years of training, with the proper training and preparation I would presume it should be very pleasurable.

My two Euro-cents' worth:  after all the effort and money to finally **have** a vagina, I would really hate to do myself a damage with something as invasive as fisting.  There is a limit to the amount of stretch in skin, and given how many girls complain about plain ol' dilation, it would have to be a very small fist...  And we do need to be be realistic - it's fantastic that medical science can help us out, but we shouldn't really expect totally equivalent functionality from our new anatomy compared with a natal vagina.

For me, "close" is quite good enough
