While I am not post op, so I would be far from an expert, but I would think it would be possible. I would think you would have to work at it though. I think things would stretch like anything else.. Not sure though. Quite the kinky question but I for one appreciate you openness. Suppose it is something we should know if the occasion were to happen. Seriously though, it is an interesting question. How stretchy does the neo vagina get. Does the skin used change its properties over time ? Would tearing not be an issue due to the method(s) of construction and how it is attached to whatever is inside.

Knowing a little about surgery, physiology and having seen a few different surgoens do SRS, I'm going to say maybe. But if you can, it's unlikely to be comfortable.. And I wouldn't be attempting it before 5 months or so, you'll want to be fully healed..

        you would have to do lots of stretching down there.  the neo vag is not as flexible as a genetic female's.
it has to be extra flexible because otherwise  how could  babies get out .
you could possibly damage something down there and or end up with a  loose Vag.

Most natal females would struggle being vaginally fisted. I think it would be difficult for re constructed women to do so. Considering dilation and getting the larger ones in, no damn way would I let a fist in, and no way could I.

Brassard's nurses said width can be gained even though depth can't, which has been my experience and that of most women I know using the Soul Source dilators (caveat only b/c I'm not familiar enough with the other types to know the sizes etc.). I am easily able to accommodate the largest, which I couldn't when immediately post-op. I assume there's SOME limit to the possible width, though, and it's probably the dimensions of the pelvis. So the answer is probably the same as for cis women, but a bit less likely for us : if all the variables align, including hand size and pelvis size and vaginal stretchiness, yes.

I know at least one post-op woman here has said she managed it, but I'm not that brave. I do also second the recommendation that you be *fully* healed before trying.

Yes it is possible to be fisted but requires a LOT of working up to it! How much depends on you natural size and how big the guy's hands are. Lots of lube is also required.

On the other hand (pun intended!) it is the most incredibly arousing feeling, multi-orgasmic, mind-blowing experience EVER!  (Not that I would know anything about it ROFL!!!)
