Brassard's nurses said width can be gained even though depth can't, which has been my experience and that of most women I know using the Soul Source dilators (caveat only b/c I'm not familiar enough with the other types to know the sizes etc.). I am easily able to accommodate the largest, which I couldn't when immediately post-op. I assume there's SOME limit to the possible width, though, and it's probably the dimensions of the pelvis. So the answer is probably the same as for cis women, but a bit less likely for us : if all the variables align, including hand size and pelvis size and vaginal stretchiness, yes.
I know at least one post-op woman here has said she managed it, but I'm not that brave.

I do also second the recommendation that you be *fully* healed before trying.
