All things going well I'll be coming out at work this coming Wednesday.  I want everyone to know at once to try and hold back the rumours (although there's always going to be gossip around this) as much as possible by having everyone on the same page at once, so my manager's said that he'll make an announcement in the meeting we're having that day.

I think I'm supposed to be seeing him and planning what he's going to say next week, so any ideas?  He ends up saying it's a choice quite often, which I want to stop him doing as much as possible, but apart from that I don't know what I should be getting him to say.  Bathrooms should probably be mentioned.

The people I work with is almost entirely male (200 : 9), mostly 18 - 24 year olds and we're all engineers, if that makes any difference.

Lxndr, have a look here:

It has some "template" letters that give you ideas of what could be said.
