This actually happened during yesterday evening (CEST so I guess on the US west coast it still counts as today) but it caused such an endorphin flood that I could barely write down the daily entry to my transition diary. And I wish all the girls here (don't worry, you boys too :-) ), that are waiting for a similar moment, that it will come soon :-) .
Now the actual story. In the evening (19:40 local time) I took a walk around the village I have my house in, so that I can escape the overcrowded Prague where I work at during the weekends. As I was on my way back a dog started barking at me from across the fence. The dog's owner, a fairly old man, told him to stay quiet.
I said: "Dogs are in general very aggressive at me."
He replied: "He's not really aggressive. He just can't help himself when he sees such a cat to pass by."
I thanked him and then we talked for like 40 minutes about cats, food, thefts that happened nearby (really great neighbourly talk topic, I know :-) ). Surprisingly my voice didn't fail me and apparently my make-up still hid well the facial hair remnants under my nose. It shocked me a bit as we were like 1-1.5 meters from each other. So when I arrived home I felt like my brain is going to explode from how happy I felt. Never have I felt something that intense before.
And to explain the "cat" thing. In Czech Republic the word "cat" (translates to "kočka") is also used when talking about a good looking woman :-) .
EDIT: Forgot to mention the actual time.
