My nails are getting nice & long. Lots of girlfriends are giving me support not to break a nail & grow some really long nails this fall & winter. That will be fun, it's kind of like a contest between us girls to see who can grow the nicest nails.

I was walking down the street this morning and met an old boy going the other way.  He might have been in his 70s, but I'd say 80s would be more likely.  At any rate, he tipped his hat to me.  I've never had that before.  It was quite nice.

This evening I had my last laser session for facial hair removal. I was told, that if anything else that may pop up, electrolysis (which is still going on a bi-weekly level now) will take care of. I was doing laser on the dark hairs and electrolysis on the light colored hairs.

Today I walked out of my last session with a gender therapist. He says I no longer have any need for a gender specialist - in fact, he can't see me needing any kind of therapy. Almost 4 years to the day since I first saw him.

I got my walking papers and I'm a free woman!  ;D :icon_joy: :icon_yes: :icon_chick:

Beauty shop appointment for Saturday morning. My lady friend blocks out Saturdays for me & I help her clean up her office & we talk about life. We both have struggles in life like all women. We will work more on facial hair removal however I'm also going to let her wax my legs. Smooth legs just feel so nice it's well worth it rather than shaving & stubble later, yuck. And this will be a nice reward after electro painful work on my face. So today I'm a happy girl. Life is great.

Found out the pub across from work was asking about me to work for them. It was all "What is she like", "Do the customers like her". I present similar to my avatar just no make up so yay :)

Received a personal message from one Older TG on here just to let me know that someone cares and is there to listen and a shoulder to cry on.

My scalp hair is definetly thicker so I think 6 months plus of finasteride actually worked & I have new growth in some areas. I'm pretty happy with than GF's. But I have too much grey & I'm going to color my hair today. It's really easy & kind of fun to do. Just an auburn brown color, nothing flashy.

Have had a manic week due to getting organised for an important client meeting today.

Put on my suit jacket today and WTF? Things are growing out of control as it barely fit.
Hmmm. Not much longer now. My time is nearly up as him. I might poke an eye out.

Oh the meeting went really well and the work paid off big time.
My boss told me I am brilliant yesterday so I must be the Doctor?
So long and thanks for all the fish

Be nice GF. Don't poke someone's eye out!

I was able to feed a homeless couple today. Made their day as they said they had not eaten in two days. Not looking for kudos, it just makes my life easier when I am able to help someone else.

I know the feeling. It always makes me feel good to help someone less fortunate.

Colored my hair today to a Medium Golden Brown. It's looks very nice. Garnier is easy to use, colors throughly & not expensive at all.

That's a huge development, Kelly!  Congratulations on putting in all that work to make yourself mentally strong and healthy.  I do hope you continue to stay in contact with your ex-therapist as a friend.

Happened partly yesterday, partly today. I posted my 'coming out' picture to Facebook which you can see here:

http://s45.photobucket.com/user/Kirey3000/media/IMG_5244_2_zps29e1d5fe.jpg.html

Everyone responded very sweet and positive ^^. Weird enough it didn't sink in for me yet though that I posted it on Facebook, that everyone knows now > _ <. I guess I can finally upload pictures of what I look like now on Facebook without feeling nervous about it. Yet it still feels to me like I should wait but well! It feels good better than I used to now that everyone knows ^^.

Beside the many sweet messages of many friends, family and friends of friends, I liked the one the most which said; ' I can't think in a better, more natural way for saying that kind of thing to the world. That's called courage. Be happy!'

Gave me a yay feeling ^^, because that is exactly how I wanted it to come across. Natural, as not that much of a big deal and maybe that is why I don't realize it yet :P.

yaaaaay congrats,
I loved it all , the font choice the picture the minimalist look wow. gosh those designers know what they are doing with their life ;)
all the best hun
xoxo
