Another First!!!

Today, I met 10 of the kids I went to high school with...  some I have known, and known me, since 3rd grade!   Well, the Meet and Greet, went fabulously!!  They all loved Paula, and I cried a lot more than I wanted to...  well, after about 5 ice teas and a coffee.. I needed to go... soooo... I grabbed my purse, and went, into the Ladies room, and three of my friends, followed me in, chatting away, talking to me, as if  I had been a girl all my life, and they knew it!!  Yes, I sat, truth is,Ive been sitting for the past year or so...  so...  my first... ladies room visit!!  and Melody, and Joyce, just chatting away with me...    I love them!!

Just read through the entire "The New you know you pass when"-Thread in one rush. Now i'm really tired, but also happy and encouraged.
I think i'll have some nice dreams of passing this night. ^.^

Well I started on my regimen for getting myself in some semblance of shape. started taking my vitamins again and tomorrow I start gyming with friends from work. They haven't a clue as to my ulterior motives, but all the same I get to go for free. As I am right now I'm going for tone and fit. Can't do much about the muscle I already have, but eventually it will get smaller with tone and time. YAY!!

I normally wear make up and feminin clothes in the evening and walk around town. But I took the day of today and when to the neighbouring city and decided that today I will be who I really am.
I was so nervous with makeup and my favorite clothes. And as the girls are showing, I thought it was about time I buy my first true fitting bra. Found an assistant,  and asked if she could measure me. I do not know who was more nervou, her or me.
But discovered  I am a b cup. So brought  a correct fitting push up bra and I am now sat in a restaurant  proudly displaying a very nice cleavage.

Having my first therapist appointment in a couple hours. Talked more with my dad yesterday, and I can't get over how lucky I am to have his understanding and sympathy.

Being in a place where no one knows you and may not see you again is a great way to test out if you pass. I'm glad you were able to get a good fitting bra. Support is always a good thing.

I looked in the mirror while working through my morning face routine, and had to pull out my driver's license to confirm something. Yes, facial changes can indeed start taking place only a month and a day into HRT!

I don't even care that people at work are starting to wonder what's up with me! Less than six weeks after popping the little blue pill, and already noticeable breast growth, a therapist who did a double-take before realizing it was me, and I'm having to hide the fat redistribution at work! (<3 my hoodies and baggy pants!)

Been floating on a cloud all day!

Battling Fear & Shame and winning.  At least this round. 

Even yesterday with my HRT dose at the doctor didn't help much with the battle inside.  A good night's sleep, a few youtube vids from other gals who talk about these deep issues helped tremendously.  Feel much better today.  F-YOU FEAR and SHAME!!

I'm happy to keep the faith on stopping my damn facial hair & not get depressed. My electrolysis lady is trying hard however my face reacts too easy & I've got to just slow down some. Weekly treatments are too much so we're going to visit every 2 weeks so my face can heal up better & not cause any skin damage.  Have fun GF's.

When some guys see my car, they generally want to race.  Today I was at a red light and to my left pulls up a guy in a Toyota Supra (Toyota use to have some really fast cars believe it or not).  I'm not one of these people who just races around city streets.  Guy revved his engine, so I did too.  Then when the light turned green he took off and I just took the right turn.  I thought it was funny...

What made me happy today was signing up for these wonderful forums and meeting all the friendly people here. What made me happiest was finally being referred to as a girl and as Hailey which feels so much more like the true me rather than the male I have been stuck as.

What made me happy yesterday/todaywas signing up for tthis forum and getting quick help, reassurance and words of wisdom to calm me down.
What made me happy today was the shower I took. I think I prefer my hair wet/moist than dry! I like the feeling and the scent.
