Today was my first day being out at work.  And it went awesome :)  Huge support, and very positive.  And I got two sets of flowers, which was very special.

Now I am officially Full Time!

I got my name legally changed to Gabrielle, and the judge was incredibly understanding and polite.

Ha, yay! I actually love Carib too. My fave is Kubuli, Dominica's own. But I'm probably wearing island-blinkers. If I was a Jamaican, I might be saying Red Stripe or nothing, lol.

My first ever bra fit, a hanes sports bra...and its actually just a little loose, so I can probably do 1X in sports bras depending as I am a 46B in other bras depending. Also I am wearing boy shorts (lacey blue style) that match the bra. It feels comfy and normal  :angel:

Got the stitches out of my nose and throat today. Also got the declaration from my doctor to include in my court petition for name and gender change.  I'm going to file my paperwork in the morning.  ;D

* Fitting into a pair of sexy, soft leather, size 9 heels for the first time (thankyou, HRT-shrivelled feet!)
* Purchasing the said heels for $70 (they were originally $170)
* Bringing them home and posing in front of the mirror
* Looking forward to showing them off at work tomorrow with sheer pantyhose!

Filed my name and gender change documents with the court today and got a hearing date next month. I hope to not have another birthday as him.  The hearing date is just a couple of days before my birthday so hopefully it will be Jessie Lee Ann that gets to turn 54.

I changed both my name and my gender marker with Social Security today! While your Social card doesn't have a gender marker, there's a sex marker on the application, so I changed mine to 'F.' I brought my letter from my endocrinologist, and the man who handled my application was super nice about everything, and circled the 'F' to show me it had changed along with my name. This is the first time I've officially listed myself as 'female' in any of my documentation. It feels so amazing.
