A cute guy at the coffee stand near where I work let me go ahead of him in line. What makes me happy is he said, "Let her go ahead." Also at the local drug store, a little girl said, "Look, she's tall" to her mom as I walked by. It felt great being talked about with female pronouns for the first time by strangers :)

/\ this!
ive got my first endo appointment 9am tomorrow, finally! eeeep.

i went to Seattle last week from England for a job interview working as a concept artist for a videogame company, did the whole thing in girl mode, found out i got the job. really chuffed.
.. And Seattle looks like a beautiful and tolerant place to live. Im excited.

I moved to Seattle almost a year ago now to properly transition and it is DEFINITELY a very trans-friendly city. Everything feels super easy, people are friendly, stores are great. I was even able to buy my first couple of bras while in boy mode and the people at victoria's secret in the mall didn't care or judge or anything. There's also a very sizable lgbt+ community so it's hard and near impossible to feel like you're the only one.

Best of luck!

I was at me hairdresser this evening. I started with them pre transition telling them I was trans* and needed help with my crew cut to look feminine.

The girls have been great but my stylist (straight male), while charming and friendly has always been a little reserved.

This evening he was flirting with me outrageously, in a fun nice way.

I asked him what had changed?

He stopped in his tracks; had a think then said. 'You are a woman, and a very attractive one and I flirt with all my female clients' He then sat down and looked at me and said. 'Yes I know you were transgender and of course I accept you. But I think have just accepted in my subconscious that you are a woman' 'My apologies if I have ever offended you' (he never has)

And I have a gorgeous hair style

New sunglasses!!   ;D ;D ;D  Sorry for appearing in boy mode.... :(

Wow, just wow! Yes, the glasses are nice too, but the difference between your avatar and that picture! I'm not sure I would peg you for brother and sister, let alone the same person.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

Just logged in to "popular social media site" and saw that one of my Mom's cousins had posted a "share this if..." And the "if" was "if you agree transgender people should be able to use the bathroom of their choice" or something like that. In the comments section my Mom had added that she thinks urinals should all be scrapped and all bathroom facilities should become gender neutral.

I love my family!

I finally feel much better. Somehow I got some type of food poisoning a week ago & I was one sick little girl for a while, oh me, terrible. Love the new look of Susan's Place. It's been a while since I checked in.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

The papers are signed and the fees are paid ...

Next week I move into my own apartment, my first as the new me!

I've picked a modest place in an incredibly good location. I can now get anywhere ... anytime!

Oh, and my Endo yesterday maxed out my E. I'll also be starting the biggest and final stage of transition.

Look out! This is gonna be wild :~D

Thanks Dee!  Isn't it amazing what a little make-up and a wig can do?  The pictures were only 4-5 days apart.  ;D

I got my first pair of breast forms.  They weren't cheap, but oh so worth it!  I couldn't stop staring at myself in the mirror.  I wanted to cry tears of joy, I was so happy.

I so rememebr such nice men coming to visit. Those were great days & nights. Enjoy young girl friend, have fun.

This is not technically from today but it is making me happy today too. Last night my best male friend slash roommate told me he sees a different person now, that the old me is gone. He said when I moved in (pre hrt) he saw it. He told me too that the young guy who was playing lacross against a wall when I was moving in had been checking me out and that he, my friend, also caught himself doing the same. Aparently my but is female enough!

Happy thought for today:

Today when I got up, I went through my routine getting dressed and stuff and noticed my A cup bra is starting to get tight....  Hopefully it won't be long until I'm shopping for B cup bras...  WOO!
