Problems returning home post FFS ??

Hey Lil love kittens

i will be having surgery with Dr.Cardenas , but i am wondering if anyone has any problems returning at airport when you look like you had your face ripped off? I imaging you get the usual letter from the Doc stating the surgery was performed etc.. but just wondering if anyone had problems. Not just Cardenas girls but with any doc ??
