Me---OW. Not sure what threads you're talking about. But this isn't one. It's just a 'things that make girls feel catty/mean' thread. Which generally includes fashion faux pas, eating faux pas, 'she's so cute/fashionable I'm mad' faux pas, boyfriend faux pas, etc etc. Ya know, stuff girls talk about.

I wasn't thinking of this thread when I had a whinge, though I will inwardly cackle if there is a reply like "OMG! I saw x. What was she thinking? X always looks bad, unless it is being worn by y. Y could wear anything and still look lush."

I mulled over whether to name any threads or not for quite a while before deciding not to as I don't feel it would help. I suppose that I feel, in general, a support site isn't the right place for competitive behaviour. Certainly the 'winners' are going to feel better, but what about the 'loosers'? What happens if someone is already right on the edge and that is the last little thing that pushes them over?
