Curious: how long after your breasts began developing did they become something that could be considered "boobs" (I assume the smallest measurement is A) so how long between the time they began growing to the time they were an actual "size"?

I know everyone's results are different and they always keep growing, but I just wanna know how everyone's went in the sense of "from birth until first steps" kind of thing lol

I'd also be lying if I didn't say it would give me some kind of average ratio of time before my already sore and protruding nipples become "the girls" albeit the "young" girls :P but enough metaphors; have at it! :)

As soon as they start puffing up and get sore they will become "your boobs" or "the girls", especially when they get hit by a high velocity football they will be; "oh my #%&$ boob!"

When you have to cup them when going down stairs unsupported. Or when cis women say they are jealous because you are better endowed than they are.

For me, 4 or so months.

About five days (also when I had to cup them going down stairs, a lesson I learned painfully). But I had some gynecomastia at puberty, including breast buds that eventually faded away, so I suspect I had a head start on development and E mostly just perked up and out what was already there.

It was about another two months before I went up an actual cup size from more or less my starting point (what would fit in a 38A bra, though I didn't wear a bra yet).

(4 years in, either 38DD in expensive bras or 42DDD in cheaper ones, still growing but very slowly.)

IME, a direct shot to the nuts hurts more, but a direct shot to the boob happens FAR more often.

There are very few people in this world who have experienced both.  Yikes!    :-\

0_o very interesting responses. I probably should've noted when mine began to grow :P all I know is that my nipples are about an inch outward and they're always sore. I can't so much as have my wife lay on my chest without me freaking out lol they get especially sore at night

I kinda already had boobs from growing up.  I'm pretty sure I'm xxy.  I'd guess I was around aaa-aa?

From nothing to pretty hard to hide in 6 months.

Been hiding them in baggy shirts so far, today put on a tight shirt and whoa.
They are now very noticeable and distinctly feminine. Now I can fill a b cup and need to go to a c cup soon. OYG!

How did this happen?

So long and thanks for all the fish

I started with low-B/high-A cups; they were extra sensitive for a bit a couple months in but that sensitivity didn't last long (now they're basically just cosmetic, which is annoying as all get-out). They did grow, though, to mid-range C's; and I'm looking forward to maybe another boost with my final dose increase, or with the future addition of progesterone.

My personal theory is I got proper breasts the normal way, except my late puberty killed their potential early. It would explain the lack of sensitivity as things grew, maybe.

So do you not feel anything or just not the heightened sensations that you were having?  I have read with breast implants that nerves can become stretched and compressed causing a short term loss of sensation but that if done correctly and there is no damage, it usually returns.  If they grew really quickly before you lost sensation, i wonder if that could play a similar role

They didn't grow quickly, really; they just kinda lazily expanded over nine-ish months and during the last half the sensation returned to pre-hormone levels.

By that I mean, I can feel light touches on the entire skin surface but nothing my BF does makes the slightest bit of positive difference (ever since our first night, which was admittedly amazing) and all I get any more is pain.

That made my eyes water just reading it!!

I don't think i'm quite an A cup yet after about 7 months but i've been on a low dose of E for most of that time, my dosages have only recently been increased.
The girls are very sensative to the slightest knock, why is it that EVERY door frame now jumps out at me? When will I learn that I can no longer squeeze through small gaps in a hurry?

I'm so sorry to hear that, it must be so frustrating and disappointing after experiencing so much pleasure from them!  I really hope they go back to being fun for you too.  I do not have them yet, so I am no help, sorry.

I'm surviving. Everywhere else more than makes up for it ^_^

It's something that happens. If that's all the bad I get in transition I'll be more than happy.

I'm at over five months on Estrace and seven on Spiro ramping up.  My doctor (just met with her today) says my current E and T-levels are comfortably into the female range now.  My starting point was a skin-and-bones flat chest with quite tight skin.

13 days after starting E I started to feel pain behind one nipple.  On day 30 I noticed 'rubbery disks' under areolas right after a dose increase.  Currently at five months two weeks I have cone-shaped breasts that measure 3" more around the chest at the nipple than when I started.  I am finally willing to call them breasts now though because I just started to notice the shadow of a curve below them.  From the front they are just beginning to look like what the average person would identify as minimal female breasts.

I honestly don't know how to state the size properly.  The measurement around the protrusion of the nipples doesn't accurately reflect the volume or fullness of the breast as would relate to a cup size.  There are such things as AA and AAA bras and I probably fit somewhere AAA to AA but I don't have such a bra to try with.  I don't want to bother buying one since I'll probably grow out of it quickly.  Having the girls free right now is still comfortable enough and kinda fun to feel the bounce of.  I am wearing a seamless bra at work though to hide them and because otherwise certain work shirts chafe my nipples.

Early on when I was wearing fake boobs I bought a 38A push-up bra that I really liked.  This would be my goal to fit into but I'm certainly not there yet.  I might fit a 36 band size better but I need more development before I bother experimenting.

So the short answer to the OP's question in my case was five months.  It would probably be longer in other people's opinion, but I admire 'modest' breasts.

Thanks for this. Very detailed explanation. I appreciate everyone else's responses as well. I currently wear a 38C bra despite having only expanded and slightly elevated aureolas because I present as female full time (early I know, but f--- it, I'm much happier) but I'm not aware of my levels at all :P I've been on spiro, progestin and estradiol for the same duration as shown in my little tracker below :3

Anyway, I just wanted to know an average time frame of how long before I'd have any form of showing cleavage ^_^
