36 hours and counting

So- in 36 hours I will be in hospital in London and in just over 48 hours I will be having my first stage op. I am now super nervous I've re packed my bag six times and am wondering just how slowly the next 36 hours can go. My train tickets are booked for tomorrow lunch time but even that seems a long time away. Any last words of advice for me?
