Mine lowers are gradually shifting, but 23/7 just will not work at the start. The pain would drive you insane. I started with 2 or 3 hours a day for several months and even then got sore very quickly. I am up to about 8 hours a day now, but be prepared for slow going. There are a lot of good corset training videos on YouTube. Be sure to get a good steel boned heavy corset. They can be pricey, but if you want results you will want one. Also DO NOT go to full tightness at the start. Start snug, a few hours a day and adjust accordingly or you will misshape the ribbing of the corset. It is slow going process, but does pay off in the end. 🙂
