small problems with spouce

hello again, so up until recently i didnt dress in anything in but baggy pants and t shirts. but once i accepted myself and stopped self destructing as much, and lost a little wieght i started to dress a little better (im still military so its prbably never going to be dresses or skirts for a very long time) after the whole long speal i get to the point my spouce kinda throws a temper tantram about how i look. saying that i look cuter then he does. then startes to say ->-bleeped-<- about himself making me feel bad and either i change and just put on a pair of loose fitting jeans and a t sirt or i try and force him to stop and realize that hes overreacticing and he needs to calm down. dose anyone have any advice or do u all think im handling ths about right.

I guess you need to talk more. Find out why he feels threatened that you look better than he does.

He's jealous and/or threatened by the change/improvement you are making to yourself.  You need to stand up for yourself and tell him to either; get used to it, join you in self-improvement, or get lost.
