So I know there are some things I can't change, but I'd like to lessen the damage. I just started a thread asking for opinions on how to lessen my hand veins, one of my prime insecurities, now I guess I'll ask for advice on the other big one.
Has anyone corset trained and had success in permanently tapering your rib cage a decent bit? I know you can technically reshape the upper ribs attached to the sternum, but that it is extreme. I also feel with breasts my upper rib cage won't be an issue. It's the non-connected ribs below the sternum that I'd like to address. I'd be nice if I could get these ribs to taper inward from the front and in from the sides as well (I guess maybe allowing me a smaller waist). I can literally push my ribs into the position where I'd want them to be but then they move back out. Is it reasonable to assume that I could noticeably "reshape" these moveable ribs permanently if I dedicated to corset train for about 3-4 year (maybe more) on a 23/7 basis at 26 years old?
thank you in advance all around....
