breast implants, insertion methods and results

So at the moment, I'm looking at getting a boob job some time next year.  I've noticed that two insertion methods are mentioned on most surgeons' websites, on the chest or the nipple.  I know that I'm likely to have some sensation loss, but I was wondering if it can be reduced by using the lower chest insertion point.  The scar would be far more obvious, but if I can spare myself some of the side effects maybe it'd be worth it?

Also, for any of you who have gone this route, how much sensation loss should I expect in general?  A return to my pre-HRT status?  Something below that?  Nearly numb?

There are four insertion methods. Armpits, belly button (saline only), breast crease, or nipple. Everyone is different, so no one can tell you how much sensation will be lost going through the nipple. Some don't lose any sensation, some lose sensation in one nipple, some nipples become more sensitive, some lose sensation for up to a year then gain it back once the nerves have completely healed. You won't know until it's done.
