also I seem to be slightly sore at the end of the bottom of my  vagina it comes and goes I do spend quite a bit of my bilation holding the stents in im wondering if that's it or is that where the prostate is and im getting some sort of senstion from it.

I use the store brand of water based lube. Early on I had discharges of gross stuff when I douched but not white spots.

What does your surgeon say it might be? You might want to check with your PCP or Gyn, it could be just normal for your body healing.

My GP recommended switching to Vagisil lube, which is (to me) slipperier and easier to manage, but more importantly, you can use a lot less of it for the same effect. Which meant no more giant glops of leftover KY for me. :)

Also, the soreness is probably normal, but if it helps - the prostate is typically located roughly where the G-spot is in a cis woman (upper wall of the vagina, a bit past the pubic bone).

At six weeks I was still pretty sore after dilation, and then two weeks later some sutures I had not known were there dissolved and it was such a relief.  I learned the hard way to be sure I had gone to the toilet before I dilated since dilation stirred things up big time in the pee and poop factories.  I was going through about 12 ounces of Wal Mart's generic KY stuff every three days and was really gooping things up heavily.  Your white blops many just be from tissue you are using to clean yourself.  I discovered at your point to get and use a 25 pack of "hospitality grade" wash cloths that got laundered daily.  Costco had them cheaply.  That way I got the excess goo cleaned off my dilator and me with less mess and more comfort.  Now at my 1*24/7 schedule I go through about a 10th of the lube that I did at first, and its much easier to clean up.  See if your surgeon will let you take sitz baths after your dilation session once a day and life my get more comfortable.

Hi Julie. Try Astroglide. its a water base liquid lubricant thats about the same consistence and viscosity as natural lubrication. Unlike KY Jelly it doesn't dry out and is a lot less messy. It's around £6 a bottle online and should last for ages as you only need a few drops each time.  The white discharge is almost certainly sloughing as the graft will be replacing the dead cells from the epithelial layer.

Thanks susan ive just got some its alot better by a million miles and feels better aswell.

another tip ive got for dilating is open ure butt cheeks that way your taking pressure off ure back passage and it makes angles and inserting easyier.

I like Astroglide as well. I'm 10 yrs PO and still use it. I used a generic KY for about 1 yr following surgery. It worked well, but dried too quickly. One thing I noticed about Astroglide though is that if you don't douche soon after you use it then you quickly get  that "not so fresh" feeling (smell) down there.

As for the white stuff, at six weeks that's likely to be sloughed-off skin as you mentioned, but it could also be a yeast infection. If you haven't already, I highly recommend that you find a nice OBGYN and have her take a look and perhaps run a test on the stuff. It's definitely worth it. There are some very friendly OGBYN's and it's not hard to find one that is either open-minded or has had previous experience with post-op ladies.
