Starting HRT

Am new on HRT, Progynova under tongue morning, Afternoon and Evening and Dirogest . I have slim body but i have a little belly also, and i dont like my belly, how to get rid of this .... Do hormones will help me get riding of it??.. please am v curious about it

Hormones take many months to have an effect. Eat less and exercise more and you will get better and quicker results. Also cut out sweets, chocolates, soda and other empty calories.

I am not haivier, I have slim body, but I have little weight on my Belly, and i want remove belley fat.....
