Officially transgender !

Hi ! 

Today I went to my second appointment with my therapist. We spoke during nearly 50 minutes instead of 30 about me, my feelings, my childhood etc...
She told me that, even if I still have questions about myself and my identity, my birth gender and the gender I would like to have don't match, and that it is not something that will pass away with puberty. Thinking I should have been different since preschool and such things show that I'm not cis. I'm now officially transgender ! My therapist told me we will speak more about how I could change and what way we will take on the next appointment, in one week.
I can't wait to continue ! I'm so happy I'm officially recognized by a specialist as transgender... x)

OMG Yes! I bet that made you smile. I know it did me. One of my happiest days, a couple of them, was when I looked down at my bill from both my Shrink and PCP and saw those initials "GID" under diagnosis.So re-affirming.

Yes it feels amazingly good to be finally considered as who you are really. I mean, currently, I didn't start transition yet due to various things in my life (kinda long to explain, I will do it in another post I think) but my therapist helps me a lot by saying that. She kind of kick started my transition. In the next months Ill may begin it !! I cant wait !!!

Hey girls !
Again, I didn't came here for a little while
But I got some good news to share

My parents met with my therapist on last friday and it helped soooo much !!
My parents agree to let me wear girly stuff !!!
I'll start this ASAP ! I'll soon be on holidays and I'll start maybe half-time and I'll see how things evolve ! I can't wait for the next steps !
