Does the Hammer Vest from O'Neill make a good swimming binder?

I love swimming and I feel the need to swim a lot more then usual this year. I was browsing the internets and I came across the the Hammer 2/1mm Vest. It was on a normal sports site so it's not specifically for transguys, but the material looks like it would be good for chest compression. Plus it's actually made for the water, unlike sports bras and normal binders. Here's a link to the product.

I was just wondering if this was worth getting? Also, if anyone can tell me the actually product name for the FTM chest swimwear, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, just in case so you're wondering, I chest is relatively small. Around a B-cup.

I don't see anywhere where it says it compresses.  Underworks has swimwear.  Here's what you really wanna do though...post your question in the FTM Gear forum of the FTM section:  https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/board,324.0.html
