I've been following the bombshell body workout with cardio running and dieting. I started at 223Ib and I'm now at 173Ib with a mild hourglass shape. The workout takes about three hours to complete while watching tv. lol

Personally a little while after starting HRT I began an aggressive weight loss regimen to get rid of my male fat deposits (fat redistribution in my opinion is a myth). I stayed on a strict caloric deficit and power walked for an hour every morning before eating and the fat came off. I then returned to my normal lifestyle and my female curves are much more pronounced. This was a huge help in aiding body feminization.

I like to avoid isolation type weight lifting as it only defines individual muscles, it doesn't really give a nice over all size like OP is talking about. But Kyra's video is awesome. There's no excuses to not workout when all you need is a broomstick and a yoga mat. :P The only thing I might add are lunges, squats, and resistance bands if gravity isn't enough resistance.

Pretty much all of this. Exactly.

I'm currently still in the process of losing my male fat deposits and it seems to be working out. I was lucky enough that I've always had a bit of a waist curve all my life. I use to think it was just an illusion brought on by my male fat deposits but the more I lose, the more I realize that those feminine waist indentations are here to stay. So I pretty much did the whole strict low calorie diet, lots of cardio and anything that will make my legs/butt look bangin' lol. I also did the 30-day squat challenge and started seeing results after only 15 days. Even more so when I started doing more than that.

3 months later I can actually start wearing tankinis instead of tight/slimming one piece swimsuits. Next step will be trikini/monokini and then finally a two-piece hopefully.
