How do you ladies workout ? Full body workout,cardio, yoga lifting weights etc
Im a former bodybuilder i once was 198 pounds 5"10 literally all muscl
Now im 170 and getting thinner and more fem i workout 4x a week but divide that into 4 diffrent sessions hamstring,quads, glutes and calves ,overall cardio and legs im putting an emphasis to have a small upper body with masssive thighs and glutes kind of like an athletic women trackstar,tennis player crossfit etc what ya ladies think ya or nay on that kinda physique. ....?
