A few questions (choosing surgeon based on orgasm, boyfriend's size).

I'm extremely torn on which surgeon to choose. I'm sort of looking at Bowers, Brassard, or maybe even McGinn. My biggest concerns are appearance (looking natural) and capability of orgasm. With the orgasm in particular, I'd like it to be as close to cis girls as possible -- very sensitive clitoris, reasonably pleasurable penetration, sensitive vulva, and maybe the whole g-spot thing -- but I'm not sure how practical the whole g-spot thing is. I'm sure that these concerns are the same for most MtFs, but I know that some surgeons specialize in adding unusual pleasure centers to girls (I think Suporn is one), and I don't really care for that.

I'm also worried about accommodating. My boyfriend is 7.5" x 5.2", while my measurements (after several years of HRT) are 5.4" x 5". I have a reasonably good amount of scrotal skin. Do you think I could end up with something that would be able to accommodate him?

Could you girls who have been through the experience, or simply know a lot about the subject, give me some input? I'm having a really rough time figuring out which surgeon to plan for.
Why do I always write such incredibly long posts?

All the surgeons you have named are capable of giving you what you can get.  By that, it will depend on your personal tissue that is available.  The big understanding you NEED though is that when you are first in recovery after the surgery, you will have darn little of what you list here.  At 15.5 months post from Dr. Bowers, I have a pleasantly sensitive clitoris, which has gone through several stages involving pain, ho hum touch, super sensitive, ticklish, and more to get it there due to the healing process.  My current "boyfriend" is a mint green Soul Source dilator who has me at 6.5 inches of depth (depending on where you measure from) on its scale, but a guy with more reach will still have fun if he wants to.  After your swelling goes down, the girth increases in increments for several months, and when the doctor gives the approval as far as your healing goes, you will be able to make your BF fit just fine because if its a little snug, it feels better to the guy so they say.

Orgasm and a G-Spot for me are both yes!!  The point though is that the vulvar stimulation will be only a small part of the entire orgasm which will involve much more of your body such as breasts and upper thighs, and it will not be anything like your male "O" because it will last longer.  DO NOT try to envision your post op experience by what is on your plate now. The "G-spot" will make itself known early in dilation if you have fun with the dilator, but it is near the bladder, so make sure to pee before dilating.  My OB/GYN thinks I look pretty close to the norm of her genetic patients, and while I rarely look at myself, I feel pretty much like my female partners ever did.

Bowers and Brassard use very similar single surgery techniques which creates the labia minora from part of your penis, and line the vagina with scrotal sac grafting.
I refuse to have a war of wits with a half armed opponent!!

Wiser now about Post Op reality!!

I think any on your list are good choices.

Nothing is off the shelf. I know none of these surgeons who would not try and give one the most each patient can supply.

If you have a prostrate you have a p-spot. Just nature of the body.

You need to make contact with who you think you would like to do there surgery. Yes it is surgery, the do cut with knifes and not everything is a guarantee. That's why there are possible complications.

Aftercare is in your hands and will effect the final out come. Be ready to put a lot of your own effort into your success.

Wish you the best.

I went to Brassard and have been VERY happy with the results. I have been with a few men (no longer my choice in a partner) over the years since my GRS (2004) and have been told, "Your doctor did AMAZING work. I never would have known!" Also, functionally, everything is perfect. Sensation is amazing. Orgasms take time to figure out how to do, but are also amazing. I don't know how much things have changed at his office, but I recommend him very highly. In fact, if you haven't seen it yet, look up "seXchange: Him to Her" on YouTube. It's a Discovery Health Channel documentary I was featured in. They followed me pre-op through post-op and have lots of shots of the residence and Brassard, and even me on the table.

As far as depth goes, you can probably stretch things out before you go in. I actually did that and got the skin looser and stretched a bit. Once you're post-op, you just need to dilate carefully, but you should be able to accommodate him nicely, I'm sure.
