Just curious if I'm the only one with vanity problems day to day.  :D

Me? At least 20 - 30 times a day.  :(

Hmm not sure but it's probably somewhere around 20 times maybe. Before it was to see hrt's effects but now that I'm 2 years in, a lot of the big changes have already happened. The reason why I now still constantly check though is to make sure my posture is good and my hair is lookin super awesome lol

In my past every mirror in my house was covered.

Not any longer ;D

Constantly. Even when I'm out I always have a compact. I was on a date the other day and I kept doing that (not even realizing) and then I set it down and he grabbed it and he was like "you look beautiful, now enough looking!"

I think it's mostly cuz I like to keep hair/makeup in place. I don't look in the mirror if I'm nt wearing makeup and my hairs mussy D;

I always admire myself in mirrors or car windows.  I love how I look when presenting as male or female.

I don't go out of my way to look in mirrors, but when I do see my face, I'm trying to work out whether or not I look make, female, or just plain weird.

I'm happy with just plain weird, truth be known

Same! sometimes my eyelashes catch a bit of my eyeliner and when I blink it smudges the bottom of my eye, drives me bonkers lol. I become super meticulous if I'm wearing makeup. Yeah I'm always makin sure my hair is just right!

I forgot to add I like to practice talking in front of a mirror and posing. So I know exactly what my facial expressions are and so when it comes to taking a picture by someone else I know exactly how to best pose myself if that makes sense. Been trying to develop my charisma more, mirrors help greatly with this!

Amen to that!! I can't stand to look at mirrors or even reflections of myself. :(

Well of course the vampire would say that you can't even see your own reflection :p

Is it wrong that I actively try and restrain myself but I still look well more than 20 times a day?

My problem is I wear under eye concealer and I can blend for days but it always seems to crease. So I dab that every now and then.

I just use liquid foundation mostly. I used to wear concealer but not anymore. That was when I had a beard shadow though. Just a tad bit of foundation evens out my complexion nicely now and doesn't even look like I'm wearing any makeup minus the eyeliner. Been meaning to start experimenting with contouring.

BTW! Abbie your hair looks super awesome in your avatar pic!!

I don't use mirrors unless I'm shopping. I do use my web cam a lot because I use my laptop all the time

I have the same problem. I have naturally long eyelashes and if I get heavy handed with the mascara or eyeliner I later find it below my eyes. I don't put mascara on my bottom lashes for that reason; it goes straight onto my face.

I hated seeing myself in the mirror for years so not doing so now is kind of a habit. I use the mirror when I'm getting ready and if I run across one later I'll do a check to see if my makeup is migrating to places it doesn't belong and that's about it.

You know, I don't really keep count how many times I look in a mirror. It is often as I have to do it every time in in the bathroom. I find that I get fixated on checking myself out in the mirror each time, usually smiling and sometimes even complimenting myself.

On a typical day, I will get up and use the toilet followed by looking at my morning face and hair in the mirror. After that, I will pick out clothes and hit the shower. Usually I'll take a peek in the big mirror to see how my chest is progressing before I get in. As I'm getting dressed, I'll watch myself put my clothes on in the mirror. After that, I will use the mirror to do my hair and put on makeup. Any other times I use the bathroom doing the day, I will always take a look to see how my hair is holding up at the very least. Sometimes I'll go into the bathroom just to look at myself in the mirror. It could easily be 50+ times on some days. I tend to get joy out of seeing the girl in the mirror smiling back at me.

Oh, I don't know, it could be hundreds of times.

I don't see it as a problem.  To me it's all in good fun.

I have a mirror on my desk at work.  I sit at my computer with my back to the door; the mirror on my desk alerts me to people entering my office behind me when I have headphones on.  I can't help but glance at myself in the mirror throughout my work day.

At home I have huge mirrors here and there.  The mirror in my bathroom is 8 or 9 feet long and maybe 4 feet tall.  I see myself from the hips up every time I go in the bathroom.  Also, there is a full length, 6 foot tall mirror at the end of my hallway, so every time I walk down the hall my reflection walks back towards me.

Plus, you know, I wear makeup and have very long hair.  I check my makeup, brush my hair, etc.  Sometimes I just like to look at my tattoos or check my lipstick.

I hadn't really thought about it, but I look at my own reflection in mirrors a lot!  I love me!  I love how I look!  Why on earth would I avoid mirrors?

Hey look!  There I am now!
FEAR IS NOT THE BOSS OF ME!!!
