So I just broke up with my boyfriend today and that sucked mostly because my pride hurts than my feelings. I wanted to be the one who brought up breaking up gosh darn it. So yeah lots of angry tears there but then I decided to text my sister and come out to her and she's being really great and I found out she's coming home next month and is willing to help me come out to my very conservative parents and now I'm super happy.

Well congratulations on coming out to your sister, and good luck with the rest of the way.    It's nice when something lame leads (inadvertently or otherwise) to something good. 
And I've known conservatives that have reacted in the exact opposite way than what you would expect (so mind-blowingly well), so... you'll just never know until it's done.
