Bottom surgery for FTM?

I'm a young pre-hormone FTM, and I'm trying to get as much research as I can about everything I can on this topic before I do anything. I have a bit of downstairs dysphoria (and by a bit I mean a lot) and I've heard talk that there are a series of surgeries that can be done to construct a penis. Not an exact penis, but something with an elongated urethra and possibly sexual pleasure.

My question is: Is any of what I said about the bottom surgery true? I'm having a fairly hard time finding a lot of information on this subject. If anyone has any references or information of any kind, let me know! Or if you've had the surgery or any accounts on it, let me know about that, too! Please and thank you!

There are 2 basic types of bottom surgery. One is a meta which isn't much more than clitoral release and possible urethral lengthening and.or implants. Then there is phalloplasty in which they use skin and/or muscle from other parts of your body to construct a penis. This again can (and usually is) with urethral lengthening and/or implants. Some people think the results are not very realistic, some think it looks very real. You can see pics on a few sites of different doctors results. If you choose to do that, remember that the pics are taken before full recovery and will not necessarily look as it does when fully healed.
