Well, I'm got a job teaching (i dont know how, but thank the goddesses and gods)
Any education majors in NJ have any tips for me to know of. I dont get my approval for hormones until september, so
I don't know how to approach that with my boss.
Also, I'm not working with boar of education, it's a profited organization.
It's okay.

I have the same problem but I am in Florida. The prospects are grim.

That sounds like a difficult position to be in. You have to deal with the faculty, the students, and the parents. Of one of which could raise a stink and try to find an excuse to get rid of you out of ignorance or hate. I wish we had the laws on our side, but we don't. Not yet anyway.
