I am having surgery with Dr. Chettawut and he only recommends electrolysis on the perineum. However, he states this can wait until after surgery without any problems because the hair will only be around the vaginal opening, and not inside the vagina. If I were to do it before I would have to wait two months after it is completed before I could have surgery. This means I would have to wait a couple of extra months to have surgery and I do not want to wait. I would rather have surgery in September and then worry about the rest later. Of course I have a little concern though. Has anyone here waited until after SRS to do this? I would like a little reassurance that it won't be an issue. It makes sense that it wouldn't matter, but I'd rather know for sure.

Thank you =)

Waiting until after SRS - both for between legs and the bush... I'd rather not have any risks. As to blood work - just Email Chettawut's excel file to your doctor and ask how you can get the values done. I went to my GP who was very surprised I was going abroad but supportive and he did everything for me.
