If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to get more bossing on your forehead and brow bone? That would be masculinization surgery...

Hi Monaluv, I had extensive FFS done with Dr Lee a month ago including jaw work.

There's still some swelling , but the jaw line looks very feminine

I'm curious about him as well.  He was recommended to me by Dr. Gary Alter in BH, who seemed to think mah face could probably stand some improvements.   Anyway, Dr. Lee is definitely on the short list if/when I go there.

I just don't want to look like I've been to that Beverly Hills cookie cutter celebrity nose sharpener and having my ears meet at the back while sporting a trout pout like my 50-something stepsister-in-law.

I am interested in having Dr. Lee work on my mandible as well.  Not 100% sure yet but he seems like potentially a good choice considering his background in mandible/maxilla surgery.  Not many reviews out there though, only a few before and afters.

Kind of unrelated but I'm also considering Dr. Lee.

How long before FFS do you have to be on HRT, or does it matter?

Had a consult with Dr. Lee yesterday ( see the 6 years....thread) went well but he is a bit pricey. Wondering how Spiegel and Deschampes-Braly compare....but will find out soon enough.

The longer you're on HRT before FFS, the better so you can see what you get from it but I believe some people go straight to FFS right away.

For Dr. DB we need to go to him in SF and he takes x-rays, also consultation fee :(  I guess I'll do that when I get a chance to go up there.  But do let us know!  Dr. Lee does seem pricey..

Yeah I'm planning on doing that in June. Getting my xrays done at home in Jan.

He can't be bad considering how he managed to produce a decent result with Caitlyn Jenner and her face was probably a challenge. I know nothing about his skills, though. Does he do aggressive forehead contouring?

From talking to him, he does. He said he'd have to get xrays to figure out what all needed to get done.

This is an "Inside Edition" TV interview of Dr. Lee and he's talking about the FFS procedures he did for Caitlyn. He was talking about the forehead and brow bone but just when it was about to get informative, the show edited it out and jumped straight to brow lift.

I think Caitlyn Jenner's forehead and brow bone are within normal White/European female ranges, so that's good. Other areas nicely done too. Overall, a pretty lady.

In the past he didnt (as recently as 2 years ago). He had to have his colleague dr. Gary Alter with him in OR to perform forehead reconstruction instead of him. Im not familiar whether he does it now by himself of not.

Also, it's good to know he did Caitlyn Jenner. I assume that's why his prices are so inflated now

During my consult he did mention that he would use wires on my brow, idk if it's different for different people

I don't know why he would need to use wires (I'm sure he has his reasons though); that seems a bit outdated, my PS used bone paste, and it's very solid.
