My name is legally my male name now, tomorrow im going to the social security office to get a new card. My lawyer said that would be fairly easy, but changing my birth certificate is hard. But the good thing is I'm still not 18 yet and no drivers license so I don't have to worry about anything else. Does anyone have any experience changing birth certificate etc?

Cindy

Congratulations!!!!

I'm afraid I can't help with the BC as it varies so much around the world.

Congrats. For me, changing BC was easy enough. I had to have my corrected BC to get my SS card. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Congrats, man!
No advice, sorry. It varies by state/province/country, so what I know probably wouldn't do you much good.
The more I know, the more I know I don't know.
