Your average family doc, if you told him or her what's going on, would be able to prescribe spiro for you immediately; it's a common blood pressure medication that they'll be very familiar with. It's also extremely cheap from legitimate sources, so as Alaina pointed out, if you get a prescription and buy it from your local chain pharmacy, you'll be able to use that spare money for doctor visits and things like that. Self medication is expensive!
Rethink the economics of basic transition. Seeking proper medical care is not as expensive as you might think,
even without insurance. Most sources for medication online without prescriptions are just money-making scams and should not be considered a cheap alternative. You're throwing your money (and potentially your life) away by doing that. Saving money is just not good reason to go online for this stuff, because you're being taken advantage of.
